Management: We provide a comparative market analysis to assist the Owner
with competitive rental pricing, handle the marketing, secure a tenant, and process all screening. Monthly management will

Only: We provide a comparative market analysis
to assist the Owner with competitive rental pricing, advertise the property, secure a tenant, and process the screening. We
then go farther to assist the Owner in the move-in process with the new tenant, and providing a checklist that will come in

Monthly: Owner secures a tenant and we manage the property monthly.

Is your current advertising
not working for your rental home and you don’t want to deal with a realtor, this is for you! Let Property Management Partners help you list your property on the Multiple Listing
Service (MLS) website. MLS is a database of all properties for sale or rent that Realtors use to show the availability of
the property, as well as pictures, descriptions, dimensions, and criteria necessary. For a flat rate Property Management
Partners can list your rental property on MLS for all other Realtors to see as well. If you provide the pictures, descriptions,
dimensions, etc., we can post your property for you. This will give your property high visibility to any Realtor or Property
Manager helping a client (future tenant) that is looking for a rental property.
OR if you need Property
Management Partners to handle everything for you such as taking the pictures, taking the dimensions, writing a description,
and posting your property to MLS, we can do that too!
